Your Gantt chart looks good. What did you use to create it? The items that you've labeled as your goals and objectives seem clear. I do wonder, though, if what you term "goals" are actually objectives and what you label "objectives" are your tasks. I would think your goal would come from some of the original stuff you wrote about your project and your desire to increase access to a knowledge database for rural health care providers. Looks like you're starting to work through all that will be needed for this project. It's great to see some of the details emerging.
